acqua______________________ 500 g
Procedimento: montare gli ingredienti in planetaria ad alta velocità per 3 minuti, stendere uniformemente la pasta montata su fogli di carta a forno allo spessore di circa 1 cm quindi cuocere a 190°C per 10-15 minuti circa.
