Acqua g 480
Miscelare tutti gli ingredienti in planetaria, con foglia a velocità bassa per 3 minuti. Depositare la pasta negli appositi stampi riempiendoli per i 2/3 e cuocere a 180-190°C. I tempi di cottura devono essere valutati tenendo conto della pezzatura e delle caratteristiche del forno utilizzato.
