SOFT BISCUITS WITH COCONUT AND COCOA
Ingredients
GRANCOCCO | g 1000 |
egg whites - or water | g 400-450 |
CACAO IN POLVERE | g 50 |
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with the paddle attachment for 4-5 minutes at medium speed.
Transfer the mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the biscuits onto parchment paper.
Bake the biscuits in a deck oven at 220-230°C for about 10 minutes.
