Yuri Cestari is an Italian pastry chef and chocolatier, recognized for his deep technical knowledge of chocolate and his passion for innovation in pastry. Born near Modena, he refined his training at Etoile and collaborated with leading figures in the field such as Stefano Laghi. He teaches advanced professional courses at CAST Alimenti and also has experience in R&D projects, conferences, and masterclasses.
He currently collaborates as Brand Ambassador for Domori, contributing his expertise to promoting the culture of fine chocolate and premium raw materials.
