Located in the heart of the Drôme region since 1981, RAVIFRUIT specializes in crafting premium fruit-based products for pastry and gelato professionals.

At Sirha we will unveil new high-end fruit solutions designed to support chefs from around the world.

We'll present our iconic fruit purées in a new 100% fruit, no added sugar version, along with an exciting new range of fruit compotes - Le Fruit Compoté - featuring real fruit pieces to bring texture and freshness to pastry chefs' creations.

Another major innovation is La Neige de Sorbet, a fruit purée-based preparation for making fresh sorbet in just two simple steps! Available in 4 flavors - raspberry, mango, pabana, and lemon - this new solution allows chefs and restaurateurs to offer full-fruit sorbets without any technical complexity.

Our Ambassador Chefs will present a new edition of Signature Fruit, a unique approach to enhancing fruit flavor while reducing sugar and fat in recipes. This edition will focus on fruit pastes, reimagining the traditional codes of this confectionery to deliver bold fruit flavor with reduced sugar content.
