Ingredients
| liquid cream | g 1.000 |
| TENDER DESSERT | g 250 |
| JOYPASTE MENTA | g 15-20 |
| rum | g 40-50 |
| raw sugar | g 50 |
Preparation
Whip all the ingredients in a planetary mixer until a soft texture is obtained.
In a glass of your choice, alternate a 1 cm layer of Mojito Semifreddo and one of JOYFRUIT LIME up to fill the glass. Garnish with mint leaves, raw cane sugar and a straw.
