Montare TENDER MIX, panna e JOYPASTE DULCE DE LECHE in una planetaria. Riempire per metÃ un bicchiere con il semifreddo al dulce de leche, mettere in abbattitore per 15 minuti circa. Una volta raffreddato, aggiungere un strato sottile di JOYCREAM FLEUR DE SEL e decorare con granella lucida.
