Co-founder of the UMAM patisserie studio and a master of the Polish confectionery scene. Combines tradition with modernity, design and a multitude of surprises and modifications•educated at Thames Valley University in London, and gained experience at European courts of sweets. As a pastry chef, he worked in two Michelin-starred restaurants in London - Mirabelle (founded by Marco Pierre White - a British culinary star) and Hakkasan. The best confectioner in Poland according to the European Academy of Gastronomy and the winner of the AIG (Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie) Prix. Participant as a juror and coach of top TV programs for confectioners and chefs: BAKE OFF and MASTERCHEF.
