On October 19th, 2025, at the iconic Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, Domori and IRCA Group welcomed over 150 pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and Michelin-starred professionals to the first Domori Experience.
A unique occasion to explore the soul of Domori Professional, the line dedicated to those who demand purity, precision, and performance from their chocolate.
The evening opened with a talk and live tasting led by Gianluca Franzoni, Domori’s founder, joined by Chef Massimiliano Alajmo and Maestro Luigi Biasetto. Together, they shared a vision of chocolate as a living ingredient - one that connects biodiversity, craftsmanship, and creativity.
