Roots of excellence

1981 – 1988
Ravifruit was born in 1981 from the vision of two farmers united by a love for authentic fruit. From the first sorbets to the introduction of frozen “extra” coulis in 1988, these pioneering years laid the foundations of a brand dedicated to purity, balance and respect for nature’s rhythm. Early on, Ravifruit began exporting to the US and Japan, taking its French savoir-faire to the world.

1989 – 2001
As Ravifruit’s expertise grew, so did its reputation among pastry professionals. The launch of pasteurized purées in 1991 marked a decisive step in quality and practicality. By the late 1990s, Ravifruit had become a key partner of the World Pastry Cup, Relais & Châteaux and Relais Desserts - symbols of excellence in gastronomy. In 2001, the introduction of “service” products such as sorbet mixes, decorative fruit and citrus zests reinforced our role as an ally for chefs seeking efficiency without compromise.

Innovation continues

2002 – Today
Innovation remains at the heart of Ravifruit. The launch of the Signature Fruit Pâtisserie collection in 2017 marked a new era of creativity, celebrating the precision and authenticity of fruit. In 2025, we continued this evolution with Neige de Sorbet, 100% purees and Signature Fruit Pâte de fruit, reaffirming our commitment to inspire chefs and reveal fruit’s true essence.
