Ilias’s passion for pastry lies in experimenting with flavors and achieving the perfect sweet balance. He constantly pushes his limits, believing that every challenge leads to something greater.
His curiosity and dedication led him to France, where he spent three years working alongside the renowned Alain Chartier, developing his skills in chocolate and ice cream. In 2015, he was awarded as the Best Young Pastry Chef in Greece ,a milestone that marked the beginning of a promising career. In the years that followed, he proudly represented Greece in international competitions, achieving third and fourth place. Ilias is passionate about continuous learning and about sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of pastry chefs. He has collaborates on international projects for FM, further expanding his expertise and creative vision.
