As a child, I always wore a wide smile on my face, boldly and independently discovering new worlds.Today, I still carry that confidence and thirst for new knowledge, which I continually build upon. My smile is the widest when I immerse myself in the art of creating perfectly crafted desserts, which have been my lifelong passion. Each of my creations reflects my heart and precision, complemented by a keen eye for aesthetic perfection.

The vision behind Yauya desserts is simple – to bring bold ambitions to life with the right balance of precision, confidence, and love, creating every delightful dessert that ends up on a plate. The goal? To offer a small gourmet indulgence that puts a big smile on our customers face.

Nearly two years ago, I’ve opened with my husband Bor Jese our own pastry shop in the heart of Ljubljana, where I get to create new and innovative desserts every day. I’m also excited to be a part of the Maestro Circle project and look forward to all the incredible creations we will bring to life together. I absolutely love working with Irca and Ravi! Their products give me the perfect foundation to create desserts of the highest quality. I’m beyond excited for the future, as I can’t wait to learn more of Domori and explore the endless possibilities of new, innovative creations I can bring to life. The potential is thrilling, and I’m so eager to see where this journey will take me!
