Directions for use
preparation for white chocolate mousse__ 1000 g
milk____________________________________ 1250 g
Add the milk to the mousse preparation and mix at high speed with a whisk for 5 minutes.
Put in the apposite moulds and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
