A 23-year-old Jordanian culinary professional with a passion for advancing in the world of gastronomy. After studying at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Hiba further honed her skills in the USA, where she gained invaluable experience in the culinary industry. She currently serves as the second-in-command in the kitchen of one of the largest hotels in the Middle East, overseeing operations, menu development, engineering, and cost management. 

Hiba has completed a range of specialized courses, including molecular gastronomy, nutrition, HACCP, and ISO standards, solidifying her expertise in various areas of food science and safety. She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Culinary Management at EHL Hospitality School in Lausanne, where she is currently in her final semester.
