Directions for use

Prodotto pronto all’uso, idoneo per farciture ante e post forno. Per applicazioni ante forno, dosare in funzione del formato.
Esempi applicativi: crostatine Ø 10 cm, 50 g, cottura in forno ventilato a 160°C per 14 minuti, crostate Ø 20 cm, 300 g, cottura a 160°C per 18 minuti, per preservare cremosità, colore e struttura.
