Directions for use

BASE GELATO&SORBETTO CIOCCOLATO__ 1.1 kg (one bag)
boiling water____________________ 2.35 L
Domori chocolate drops___________ 0.8 kg
Hot preparation. Stir the product with chocolate drops into the boiling water, mixing vigorously with a whisk up to complete dispersion.
Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes and then freeze the product into the batch freezer.
