FAMILY DAY 2026: A DAY TO SHARE WHAT BRINGS US TOGETHER

For one day, our Gallarate headquarters became more than a workplace. On 26 September, we welcomed colleagues and their families for the Family Day 2026: a chance to open our doors, share what we do and, most importantly, spend time together.

The places where we work every day tell a different story when we see them through the eyes of the people closest to us.

The Family Day gave our colleagues the opportunity to share a little of their world with their loved ones: the ingredients, ideas, expertise and passion behind the IRCA Group products enjoyed by people around the world.

Throughout the day, families explored our offices and R&D spaces, discovering more about the teams and expertise behind our work.

For our younger guests, the experience became even more hands-on, with activities designed to bring them closer to the world of food, creativity and innovation.

It was also a day to discover some of the many sides of IRCA Group. From the IRCA Academy, where expertise, creativity and innovation come together, to IRCA Young and our commitment to supporting the professionals of tomorrow, guests had the chance to get closer to the knowledge and people that keep our Group moving forward.

At the Academy, our chefs welcomed families with chocolate tasting, gelato and hands-on pizza and cookie workshops for children. Games, creative activities and shared moments throughout the headquarters added a little extra fun to the day, before everyone came together for a special cake-cutting moment.

And while IRCA Group today reaches professionals around the world, the Family Day was also a reminder of where our story began: here in Gallarate, more than a century ago.
