INAUGURATION OF THE SOCIAL CIOCCOGELATERIA
We are pleased to announce the opening of La CioccoGelateria Sociale, a project born from the collaboration between San Carlo Società Cooperativa Sociale, Master Pastry Chef Denis Buosi, and IRCA Group.
Following the success of the Gelateria Sociale, this new initiative takes another step forward, blending social inclusion, artisanal excellence, and innovation. The chocolate selection features exclusive products such as pralines, bars, and the iconic Buosino.
At the heart of the project is an extraordinary team that, thanks to the training provided by our corporate chefs from IRCA Academy and the Maestro Buosi Food Experience, develops both technical and creative skills to turn every creation into a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
