Dobla proudly celebrated its 75th anniversary at Sirha 2025 in Lyon. As a long-standing partner of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, we honored our heritage of innovation and craftsmanship with a special presentation at the Chefs Village. Visitors joined us in revisiting the milestones that shaped our journey and in discovering how tradition continues to inspire the future of chocolate decoration.

At this year’s Sirha in Lyon, we proudly marked 75 years of Dobla - a legacy built on innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence. As tradition, we were once again a partner of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, standing alongside the world’s finest pastry talent in the Pastry Arena.

At our stand in the Chefs Village, we looked back on the milestones that have defined Dobla across the decades and showcased how heritage continues to inspire future creations. Our chefs delighted visitors with a presentation that celebrated both the artistry of chocolate and the spirit of continuous innovation.
