Preparation

Mix JOYFULL FRUTTI DI BOSCO with water, mix with hand blender, let the mixture rest for some minutes and put in the batch freezer.

FINAL COMPOSITION

With a portion of sorbet, fill tubs mold and put in the shock freezer until harder. 

Fill tub with red fruit sorbet and insert a couple of layers of JOYFRUIT LAMPONE.

Unmold and close the tub.

Decorate with fresh rasberry.
