Directions for use

Ready-to-use product, suitable for filling before and after baking. For pre-baking applications, measure out the amount according to the size.
Examples of use: tartlets Ø 10 cm, 50 g, bake in a fan oven at 160°C for 14 minutes; tarts Ø 20 cm, 300 g, bake at 160°C for 18 minutes, to preserve creaminess, colour and texture.
