Preparation

-Whip all the ingredients in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment for 5 minutes at medium speed.

-Spread the resulting batter on parchment paper to the desired thickness (5–8 mm).

-Bake in a static oven at 220–230°C for 6–7 minutes.
