Preparation

-Mix the butter, sugar, and salt in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.

-Then add the eggs and finally the American cookies mix.

-Portion the dough to the desired size and bake at 170 °C in a convection oven for about 9–11 minutes, or in a static oven at 180 °C for about 12 minutes (baking times vary depending on product size).

-It is possible to add approximately 15% of 6x6 caramel cubes.
