Preparation

Whip all the ingredients in a planetary mixer until a soft texture is obtained.

In a glass of your choice, alternate a 1 cm layer of Mojito Semifreddo and one of JOYFRUIT LIME up to fill the glass. Garnish with mint leaves, raw cane sugar and a straw.
