Directions for use
Semifreddo recipe (with planetary)
TENDER DESSERT ________________________ 300 g
unsugared cream (4-5°C)_______________ 1 l
Irca flavouring paste or fruit paste__ at pleasure
Pour TENDER DESSERT into the cream, add the flavouring base if required and wip in planetary with a whisk.
The desserts is stored and consumed at the temperature of the window freezer.
