BURRO DI CACAO

Cocoa butter chips. made from 100% vegetable pure cocoa butter. When melt, it lends itself to be colored with fat-soluble colors, then drizzled over choco bonbon shells, to decorate them, or sprayed onto modern cakes, to create a velvet-texture effect. It can also be added to chocolate, to increase its fluidity.
