Description
Semi-finished product obtained from concentrated mandarin juice and whole Ciaculli mandarins, mixed with other ingredients, concentrated pasteurized and packed according to GMP.
Denomination
Semi-finished product for ice cream parlors.
Directions for use
Mix 45% of the fruit preparation with 55% of water and put it into a batch freezer. The quantity can be increased to 50% max, according to the desired result.
