Directions for use

the dosage recommended for the preparation of ice cream is 80-120 g for 1 l of water.
For confectionery products 50-70 gr of JOYPASTE ALBICOCCA for 1 kg of cream.
Mix JOYPASTE ALBICOCCA before using, then close carefully the can.
