Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer for 4-5 minutes to make the decorations of "gelato caldo".

Mix the water warmed up to 70°C with JOYQUICK EXTRA BLACK, mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer. Variegate with JOYFRUIT AMARENA INSTINCT, decorate with tufts of "gelato caldo". Decorated with DOBLA Cherry 77450.
