Zubereitung auf Basis von weißer Schokolade (63 %) zur Herstellung von Schokoladenmousse.

Denomination

Halbfertiges Süßwarenprodukt.

Directions for use

Halbfertigprodukt für Mousse__________________ 1000 g
Milch_________________________________ 1250 g
Die Milch zum Pulver geben und mit einem Schneebesen 5 Minuten lang auf höchster Stufe verrühren.
In die entsprechenden Formen füllen und zwei Stunden lang in den Kühlschrank stellen.
