Directions for use

Im Wasserbad unter ständigem Rühren schmelzen, ohne 45 °C zu überschreiten. Temperieren nicht notwendig. Nicht mit reiner Schokolade mischen. Sorgfältig jede mögliche Verunreinigung durch Feuchtigkeit oder mit Mehl vermeiden.
