Halbfertigprodukt für die Backwarenherstellung. Emulgiertes Schmalz für Lebensmittel.
Directions for use
IRIS ist gebrauchsfertig und kann direkt in Hefeteige eingearbeitet werden.
Wenn das Endprodukt als „Brot mit Schweineschmalzzusatz“ bezeichnet werden soll, wird eine Mindestmenge von 5,4 kg IRIS pro 100 kg Mehl empfohlen, um die geltenden Vorschriften (D.P.R. 30. November 1998, Nr. 502).
