Denomination
Halbfertigprodukt für die Herstellung von Brot und Grissini mit Zusatz von Schweineschmalz und Olivenöl.
Directions for use
OLIVER ist gebrauchsfertig.
Die Mindestdosierung beträgt 2,5 kg pro 100 kg Mehl (D.P.R. vom 30. November 1998, Nr. 502).
Mit OLIVER hergestelltes Brot muss unter folgender Bezeichnung verkauft werden: „Brot vom Typ _____ mit Schmalz und Olivenöl“ verkauft werden.
