Milch ____________________________________ 1000 g
Die Zubereitung mit einem kleinen Teil der Milch (ca. 200 g) vermischen, mit der restlichen Milch auffüllen und unter häufigem Rühren leicht zum Kochen bringen. In Formen füllen und eine Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.
