Description

small drops of dark chocolate with natural vanilla extract. PEPITA NF has regular shape and can be supplied in various sizes 600, 1100 and 1800 drops for 100 grams.

Denomination

dark chocolate. Cocoa: 47 % minimum. According to Directive 2000/36/EC.

Directions for use

PEPITA NF is ready for use. It is good practice to keep PEPITA in refrigerator before its incorporation in sweet doughs.
