Directions for use

CHOCOLATE IN POWDER MUFFIN
WONDERMUFFIN CHOC ___ g 1.000
Whole eggs _________ g 350
Water_______________ g 250
Vegetable oil ______ g 300
Mix all ingredients in a planetary mixer with paddle at low speed for 5 minutes. Place the dough in the apposite moulds, filling them only for 2/3 and then bake at 180-200°C for about 25 minutes.
