Directions for use

CLASSIC MUFFIN
WONDERMUFFIN _______ g 1.000
Whole eggs _________ g 350
Water_______________ g 200-250
Vegetable oil ______ g 300
Mix all ingredients in a planetary mixer with paddle at low speed for 5 minutes. Place the dough in the apposite moulds, filling them only for 2/3 and then bake at 180-200°C for about 25 minutes.
MUFFIN WITH PEPITA CHOCOLATE
WONDERMUFFIN _______ g 1.000
Whole eggs _________ g 350
water ______________ g 200-250
vegetable oil ______ g 300
PEPITA chocolate ___ g 150-200
Mix all ingredients, except for PEPITA , in a planetary mixer with paddle at low speed for 5 minutes. Gently incorporate into the dough PEPITA . Place the dough in the apposite molds filling them only for 2/3 and then bake at 180-200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
