pour the mix into the water and whip with a mixer or a whisk to obtain a smooth cream that is ready to cook with the special plates.
WAFFLES

water 800 g
melted butter 200 g
sugar 200-300 g
pour the mix into the water and whip with a mixer or a whisk to obtain a smooth cream, add the melted butter and sugar and blend again briefly, cook with the special plates.
PANCAKES

melted butter g 100
pour the mix into the water and whip with a mixer or a whisk to obtain a smooth cream, add the melted butter and blend again briefly, cook immediately on plate.
